requestAccountErasure

OPERATOR: erase the player-side content of a deleted account, as a deletion does: one deleted before account erasure existed (2026-10-23), or one whose erasure stopped after its retries (its attempts start again). Refused for an account that is not deleted. A legal hold defers it.
