crowdyStudioAgentPolicy

Read the app-owned Agentic Crowdy Studio policy row, or a disabled/killed deny-all projection when no row exists. Requires 'view_compute_diagnostics' on the app. This is configuration only: use crowdyStudioAgentEffectivePolicy to see platform clamp and kill precedence. No provider key, prompt, source, header, request/response body, payer reference, or other secret is exposed.
