crowdyStudioAgentApproveTool

Human-grant one unexpired pending tool call by exact argument hash. The server revalidates epoch, context, policy, lease, descriptor, permissions, and project revision before single-use consumption. Requires the app-scoped owner, use_studio_agent, and idempotency key; approval never creates missing authority.
