Human-grant a visible PLAY lease with explicit scopes, controlled entity, host capability revision, epoch, context, and 1–600 second duration. Requires PLAY mode, selected grid, app-scoped owner, use_studio_agent, effective policy, and idempotency key; the model cannot grant or renew it.
