crowdyStudioGitHubPutFile
Create or update one UTF-8 file in the bound repository as a commit on the bound branch. Send the blob sha on update and the project githubSha as expectedCommitSha; either being stale is refused with GITHUB_STALE_SHA and nothing moves. When the path is a project file under the layout roots the project mirror advances with it; the returned commitSha is the new githubSha.
