deleteManagedPlayer
Delete a managed player, as an account deletion is: its sessions end, its externalId and gamertag are removed, and its player-side content is erased within minutes (Crowdy Studio projects, libraries and agent sessions, mods, what the app’s ck-exec hubs hold of it, actors, avatars and saved state, access grants, communication settings, contacts and blocks, grid claims, team and channel memberships). Usage and billing records stay; world edits stay, under the account’s now anonymous id; recorded inputs age out with the input log’s retention. Refused with LEGAL_HOLD while a legal hold covers the player or the organization, and an open or escalated safety report about the player sets one first: disable it instead (updateManagedPlayer), which keeps everything. Signing the same external id in again creates a new player. False when there was no such player. An org token with players:manage, or an org admin with manage_players.
