execGridClientMods

The CLIENT halves a grid serves: those of its mods that are switched on, not stopped by the kill ladder, running as the grid's owner and admitted, each with its capability summary and hash and whether you consented to it, and its author's union summary and hash and whether you trust them. Show one prompt per author and call execTrustAuthor (or execConsentClientMod per CLIENT half), fetch with execModClientArtifact, cache by digest, and poll this to stop CLIENT halves that were removed or changed. Requires access to the app.
