userCodeFaults
Failures of code this app's users wrote, newest first, across all three engines (model expressions, studio WASM, player WASM). Each row carries what ran, what went wrong, whose problem it is, whether retrying could help, and what the run cost against what it was allowed. Requires the org 'view_compute_diagnostics' permission.

Type
UserCodeFaultRecord object
One failure of code a user wrote, from any of the three engines. Replaces three disagreeing surfaces: a bare error string on the invoke path, a run table that recorded failures and not successes, and a last_error slot the next success cleared.
